1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every order placed via this webshop. By ordering, you agree to them. Deviations are only valid if we confirm them in writing.
3. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order. We do our best to display products and prices correctly; obvious mistakes are not binding on us.
4. Your order
The agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. For a name, text or figure, you will see your design during the ordering process; if you choose your own design (photo, drawing or logo), we will send you a digital proof by email in advance. In both cases, we will only start production of the engraving after your approval.
5. Payment
Payment can be made via the methods offered at checkout. The order will be processed after payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We usually ship engraved orders within 3 to 5 business days. Stated delivery times are an indication and not a strict deadline. See also our shipping policy.
7. Personalisation and right of withdrawal
Personalised or custom-engraved products are made especially for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days; read how this works in our return policy (with model form).
8. Warranty and conformity
Your product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. Is there something wrong due to an error on our part? Then we will fix it free of charge: repair, replacement or a new engraving.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or by errors in text, names or logos provided by you.
10. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Please let us know within a reasonable time via the contact page. We will respond as quickly as possible and work with you to find a solution.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
