Personalized products (all our lunchboxes and cups)
All our products are specially engraved for you with a name, text, figure, or logo. Such personalized, custom-made products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period), under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. This is because we cannot resell an engraved product. Therefore, you cannot return or exchange a personalized order because you have changed your mind.
You always check your design before we engrave. For a name, text, or figure, you will immediately see a preview on the box during the design process. If you opt for your own design—a photo, drawing, or logo—we will digitize it by hand and send you a digital proof by email in advance. In both cases, the laser only starts after you have given your approval, so that the name, figure, and spelling are always correct.
Always covered: damage or an error
You retain your statutory right to a sound product. If your order arrived damaged, the engraving contains an error from our side, or the product does not match what you ordered? Then we will resolve it free of charge: a new engraving, a replacement product, or a refund. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt via the contact page, preferably with a photo.
Non-personalized items
Should we ever offer a standard item without engraving, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period would apply. You return it unused (possibly with our model withdrawal form) and receive the purchase amount back.

- We will send you instructions or arrange a solution immediately.
