Delivery time
Each box is engraved to order in our own studio. After approval of your digital proof, we usually dispatch your order within 3 to 5 business days. During busy periods (such as back-to-school), it may take a little longer; we will inform you.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €6.95 — free shipping for orders over €55
- Belgium: €6.95 — free shipping for orders over €60
We ship to other EU countries and beyond where possible; you will always see the current rates at checkout, before confirming your order.
Delivery & track and trace
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace by email so you can follow your order.
Plastic-free packaging
Like our products, our packaging is also sustainable: plastic-free and 100% recyclable. No unnecessary void fill, but well protected during transit.
