Who processes your data

What data we collect
We only process what is necessary to process your order and assist you properly: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number (optional), order details, and the text or figure you provide for your engraving. Payments are processed through our payment partner; we do not store full payment details ourselves.
What we use them for
- Processing, engraving, and delivering your order.
- Contacting you about your order.
- Improving and securing our webshop.
- Sending you emails if you have subscribed (you can always unsubscribe with one click).
With whom we share them
Only with parties necessary to deliver your order: our webshop platform (Shopify), our payment provider, and the delivery service. They may only use your data for that specific task. We never sell your data.
How long we store them
No longer than necessary, and in any case as long as legally required (e.g., for tax administration).
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send us a message via the contact page and we will arrange it. If you disagree with anything, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We use functional cookies to make the webshop work and, with your consent, cookies to improve the site. You can always refuse or delete cookies via your browser.
