Which file types can I submit?

A JPG, PNG or PDF works fine — a photo, scan or digital file. Do you only have something on paper? Take a clear photo of it in good light.

Can a photo really be engraved?

We don't engrave a full photo, but translate it into a sleek line-art drawing. This gives the most beautiful and durable result on steel — and you always see it first on your proof image.

What is the delivery time?

Because we prepare and digitize each design by hand, it takes a little longer than a standard name engraving. After approval of your proof image, we usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I return my order?

Personalized products are excluded from return. That's precisely why we always send a digital proof image first — we only engrave once you give your approval.
